Painting Frustrations

Well my living room wall needed painting (to cover up the builders paint).
It has turned into an exercise in frustration.We put on two coats of paint and it just wasn't
right so next another coat.The original imperfections were still there.
Okay time for a primer sealer and two more coats of paint and the imperfections were still there
in exactly the same spot as they were originally .
Well needless to say it is time to call in the paint manufactures representative and find out what is wrong.
There now I feel better and I have had lots of exercise climbing ladders.

Are You Healthy Enough To Market On The Net?

In order to Market on the net and see the results you have to be healthy. Part of being healthy means being in the right weight range.
Most normally healthy people find it very hard to master weight control, but with the
right amount of perseverance and a never give up attitude proper weight control can be
accomplished. Many people will start a diet and never see it through to the end. To keep
weight off is a change of life style.

Being overweight or obese tortures a majority of Americans. The Bio Mass Index is used as an indicator that you are overweight or suffer from obesity. A Doctor will also take into account such things as waist circumference, race, muscularity, age, sex, etc The current definitions are as follows:

* A BMI less than 18.5 is underweight
* A BMI of 18.5 - 24.9 is normal weight
* A BMI of 25.0 - 29.9 is overweight
* A BMI of 30.0 - 39.9 is obese
* A BMI of 40.0 or higher is severely (or morbidly) obese

To obtain your BMI you divide your weight in kilograms by the square of your height in meters (BMI = kg / m2) or take your weight in pounds multiply by 703 and divide that number by the square of your height in inches
(BMI = weight(lbs.) * 703 /height(inches)2).

Diseases such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and diabetes can be directly linked to obesity. These conditions can be less severe or eliminated by proper weight management.

Reading the nutrition labels on food packaging is the first step to starting your weight management program. For example compare the labels of two of your favorite salad dressings does one have a significant lower amount of fat and calories if yes then that is the one to buy. If the labels are about the same then find one that has a lower amount of
calories and fat.

Another key factor in weight loss is movement. You should be doing exercises such as bicycling, running, speed walking, rowing or aerobics. Aerobics include such things as dancing, kick boxing, and stair stepping all done to quick music. Music or television will help alliviate the boredom of exercise. Another way to get that exercise is to join something like a martial arts club.
You can also go on a nice long walk (about an hour) around your neighborhood. Walk a little faster than you would normally would walk, slow down if you get out of breath.
Don’t let winter stop you, strap on a pair of cross country skis and tour the neighborhood.

Weight management is a permanent life style change, that will allow you to enjoy the fruits of your labor, whether it be travel or making a million dollars on the net.
